General Pest Control · Year-Round Protection
The Pest Control Program Built to Keep Them Out
Most pest treatments kill what you can see, then leave you wondering why the bugs came back two weeks later. Our General Pest Control program is different — we treat the root, not the symptom, so your home stays protected season after season.
“Ants on the counter. Spiders in the corners. Boxelder bugs at the windows. Centipedes in the basement. We get it — and we know exactly how to fix it.”
Why most pest control fails
Treating the Symptom Doesn’t Work. Here’s What Does.
Every can of bug spray and every drive-by pest treatment has the same flaw: it only kills the pests you can see. The colony underground? Still there. The entry point behind your siding? Still open. The egg cycle in the wall void? Untouched.
So two weeks later — they’re back. And you’re frustrated, exhausted, and out the money you spent on something that didn’t work.
We do it differently. Our General Pest Control program is built around three things: finding where pests come from, treating the root cause, and putting a year-round program in place so they stop coming back.
How it Works
Three Steps to a Home That Finally Feels Like Yours.
1
We inspect your home — inside and out
Our trained technicians walk your property to find where pests are entering, nesting, and feeding. We check the foundation, attic spaces, basement, garage, soffits, weep holes, plumbing penetrations — every place bugs sneak in. No guessing. No spray-and-go.
2
We treat the source — not just the symptom
Targeted interior and exterior treatments designed to interrupt the pest cycle. Application methods chosen for your specific home and pest pressure. Safe around kids and pets when used as directed.
3
We come back — every other month, all year
Our bi-monthly program keeps your home protected season after season. Six visits a year, calibrated to the seasonal pest cycles in Illinois. You stop thinking about pests, because we’re already on it before they show up.

Dealing with a specific pest problem?
We've Got A Specialty Program For That.
General Pest Control covers most everyday invaders. But some pests — wasps, mice, termites, mosquitoes — need their own targeted program. Pick what you need. Add to your General Pest Control plan or use as a standalone service.
Specialty Add-on #1
Wasp & Hornet Suppression
Not eligible for 50% off promo
Seasonal package · one fee covers multiple visits across the active stinger season
“There’s a nest under the eaves. Another one in the playset. The kids won’t go in the backyard.”
Aggressive stingers shouldn’t own your porch.
Wasps, hornets, and yellow jackets build their nests in the worst possible spots — eaves, soffits, playsets, deck rails, around the front door. One swatted nest doesn’t solve the problem. The colony rebuilds, often in the same place, within weeks.
Our Wasp & Hornet Suppression is a seasonal package — one fee covers multiple visits across the active stinger season. We treat existing nests, hit the high-risk spots where they keep building, and come back through the season to make sure they don’t get re-established.
What’s Covered
- Active nest treatment (where safe to do so)
- Preventative treatment on common nesting surfaces
- Eaves, soffits, deck rails, playsets, porch ceilings, shed eaves
- Paper wasps, yellow jackets, bald-faced hornets, mud daubers
- Multiple visits across the season included in one fee
Specialty Add-on #2
Mouse Baiting & Removal
Not eligible for 50% off promo
One-time fee
“I heard scratching in the wall. Then I found droppings under the sink. Now I can’t sleep.”
Mice in the walls? They’re not leaving on their own.
A few mice today is a population by next month. Mice breed fast, chew through wiring, contaminate food, and leave a trail through your insulation. Snap traps catch one mouse at a time — they don’t stop the source.
Our Mouse Baiting & Removal service uses tamper-resistant bait stations placed exactly where mice travel and nest. No traps your kids might step on. No poison your dog can reach. We identify the entry points letting them in and place the stations where they’ll actually work.
What’s Covered
- Inspection to identify travel routes and entry points
- Tamper-resistant bait stations placed in strategic locations
- Recommendations for sealing entry points
- House mice, field mice, and deer mice
Specialty Add-on #3
Termite Bait Stations & Prevention
Not eligible for 50% off promo
Per-visit fee · inspections in May & November
“You don’t see termites until they’ve already cost you tens of thousands. By the time you notice the damage, it’s done.”
Termites are quiet. The damage isn’t.
Termite damage isn’t covered by homeowner’s insurance, and a serious infestation can cost $10,000 to $50,000 to repair. The worst part: you usually don’t know it’s happening until the damage is severe. Most homeowners discover termites when a contractor pulls back drywall for something else.
Our Termite Bait Stations are a long-term prevention system. Discreet stations are installed around your foundation to intercept termites before they reach your home — and the bait wipes out the entire colony, not just the scouts. We come back in May and again in November to inspect every station, refresh the bait, and document any activity. Twice-a-year monitoring is what makes bait stations actually work.
What’s Covered
- Initial property inspection for termite activity
- Strategic installation of discreet exterior bait stations
- Two scheduled inspection visits per year — May and November
- Bait refresh on every visit
- Colony elimination when activity is detected
- Written report on station status and any activity found
Specialty Add-on #4
Mosquito, Flea, & Tick Suppression
Qualifies for 50% off first application (annual program)
Annual seasonal program · eligible for 50% off first application
“We can’t enjoy our own backyard. The kids come in covered in bites. Date night on the deck? Forget it.”
Take your backyard back.
You paid for the yard. You paid for the patio. You paid for the playset. Then a few clouds of mosquitoes and a tick or two ruined the whole thing.
Our Mosquito, Flea & Tick program treats the places mosquitoes hide and breed — the shaded foliage, the standing water spots, the moist mulch beds you’d never think to check. We knock down the active population and prevent the next generation. Fleas and ticks get treated at the same time, in the same visit. By the next weekend, you’re outside again.
Sign up for the annual program and get 50% off your first application.
What’s Covered
- Treatment of shaded foliage, dense plantings, and mosquito resting spots
- Identification and treatment of standing water breeding areas
- Flea and tick suppression around lawn edges and pet zones
- Annual seasonal program (typically April through October in Illinois)
- Optional event treatments (graduations, weddings, parties)
Your Home Should Feel Like Yours. Let's Make That Happen.
Free quote, no obligation. We’ll inspect your home, identify what you’re dealing with, and build the right program. Annual General Pest Control or annual Mosquito, Flea & Tick programs include 50% off your first application.
FAQ
Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Is your pest control safe for kids and pets?
Yes — when our products are used as directed by our trained technicians. We choose application methods specifically because they target pests while keeping families safe. We’ll always let you know if there’s a brief drying or ventilation period required for any specific treatment.
How often do you visit for the General Pest Control program?
Six visits per year — once every other month. That cadence is calibrated to the Illinois pest cycle so we’re treating before pressure peaks for each season, not after.
Do I have to be home for the visits?
Not for exterior visits. For the initial inspection and any interior treatments, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you. Most of our recurring visits happen while you’re at work — you’ll get a service summary text when we’re done.
What if pests come back between visits?
Call us. If you’re on the annual General Pest Control program and pests show up between scheduled visits, we’ll come back at no additional charge. That’s the program — we don’t just spray and disappear.
How does the 50% off offer work?
The 50% off discount applies to your first scheduled application when you sign up for one of our two annual programs: General Pest Control or Mosquito, Flea & Tick. Sign up for either, and your first application is half off. The 50% off promo does NOT apply to Wasp & Hornet Suppression, Mouse Baiting, or Termite Bait Stations — those are priced separately.
Do I need General Pest Control and the specialty add-ons?
Not necessarily. Our specialty services — Wasp & Hornet, Mouse Baiting, Termite Bait Stations, and Mosquito/Flea/Tick — can be added to your General Pest Control plan, or purchased independently. If you only have a mosquito problem, get Mosquito service. If you have mice AND general pest issues, get both. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense on the quote call.
How often do you check the termite bait stations?
Twice a year — once in May and once in November. Every station gets inspected, the bait gets refreshed, and we document any activity. You get a written report after each visit.
What areas do you serve?
Princeton, Peoria, Ottawa, Dixon, Peru, LaSalle, Mendota, Kewanee, Geneseo, and 20+ more towns across north-central Illinois. Not sure if we cover your town? Type your zip on the homepage or give us a call.
